As a Premier berth holder, you can access and manage your berthing account from the comfort of your home or boat via the Premier App and your MyPremier account.

Weather and tides

You can view the latest weather, tides and download the annual tide tables all within the app, alongside important marina information should you need to get in touch.

If you are planning on using your Premier Advantage visitor nights or visiting another marina for a few hours, you can find all of the marina details in the app. 

 

Report any maintenance issues

If you have noticed something around the marina that needs to be remedied, please use the app to notify the marina team. We can then attend to the issue. 

Marina departure and arrival

If you are going out cruising you can inform your home marina of your departure and expected return from the app. At marinas with pre-pay electricity, this function will automatically disconnect your berth electricity supply and upon your arrival back to your home berth, simply mark your return in the app to re-enable electricity.

Manage your pre-pay electricity

If you are at a marina with pre-pay electricity you are able to manage this through the Premier App. You are able to view your balance, see your socket information and current status and top up your account balance. 

Request a dry stack launch

Dry stack customers can request to have their boat launched to the holding pontoon or onto a cradle via the app, typically with just an hour’s notice.

Dry stack berthing at five locations

Dry stack berthing offers a number of benefits including the ability to request a boat launch from the Premier App.

Loyalty rewards

You may be eligible for Premier Advantage account rewards. You can see these on the app and within your MyPremier account.

Annual renewal

You can renew your annual berthing contract with either a single annual payment or by direct debit via the Premier App and can benefit from an online renewal discount, subject to terms and conditions.

Request a tow at Southsea Marina

If you would like to request a tow to the holding pontoon at Southsea Marina, you are able to do this via the app. This must be done one day in advance.
