Spring is finally here, and we are already enjoying the longer, lighter days and seeing more of you down at the marina and out on the water. The last year has seen several major investment projects into our onsite facilities, services and digital assets and we look forward to further development projects over the 2025 season.
Our team has been working tirelessly over the winter to get the 2025 pressure washing campaign complete.
With 24 pontoons now complete, we have 6 pontoons left and the race is on to finish the whole site before the nesting season begins, so if you see the team out and about pressure washing – cheer us on!
Additional winter maintenance also includes painting A and B tenant buildings and landscaping works to cut back the brambles and hedges across the site.
We have also made a large investment into additional equipment to better help with high demand across a range of our services.
This includes replacing our two boatyard hoists with new 60-tonne remote controlled hoists that feature a jib crane attachment, installing 20 additional safety ladders with light fixtures on the pontoons, two additional Versadocks and 10 new mobile electricity pods in the boat storage areas.
