Spring is finally here, and we are already enjoying the longer, lighter days and seeing more of you out on the water. Read on for the latest news, events and updates from Trafalgar Wharf, and as always, if you ever have any questions or concerns please do get in touch.

We are delighted to welcome two new Dry Stack Operatives to the Trafalgar Wharf team - Jack Hodges and Ben Murphy.
Jack joins us from a previous job working within a boatyard, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience with handling boats and machinery to the role. Outside of work he enjoys playing golf, going fishing and spending time with his family.
Ben joins us following his previous experience working as a Seasonal Marina Operative at Trafalgar Wharf as well as Port Solent and Southsea marinas. In his spare time Ben enjoys music from a range of genres and even taught himself to play the guitar. He is also a huge motorsport fan, having visited countless races and events such as the British Grand Prix and Goodwood Festival of Speed.

In line with Jack and Ben joining, a number of our dry stack team are completing refresher training for their B2 forklift licence ahead of the busy season ahead.
We’ve also recently completed a deep clean of the area from the dry stack hangar to the launch pad and around the maintenance racks to ensure the site is ready for our busier dry stack operations over the summer.
Later this year, we will also be carrying out a revamp of the overflow car park, including new line painting and expanding the number of spaces available.

Dry stack discovery trips - we want to hear from you!
This summer, join us on one of six dedicated discovery trips to explore key locations along the Solent. The trips will be run in groups of six boats and will include an RYA registered instructor to join us and give each boat a dedicated slot to ask for any navigational guidance or general boating advice.
We want to hear from you! We would love to hear where you would recommend we visit on these trips and what days of the week would work best. Email us your ideas and we will be in touch with full details of how to book in soon!
