Spring is finally here, and we are already enjoying the longer, lighter days and seeing more of you down at the marina. The last year has seen several major investment projects into our onsite facilities, services and digital assets and we look forward to further development projects over the 2025 season.
If you haven’t had a chance to visit the marina over the winter months, prepare for a surprise as works to construct the Noss on Dart Hotel and the Noss Quay apartments and penthouses has made tremendous progress, with the foundations complete and the structure progressing rapidly. We have appointed Bespoke Hotels to run the 69-bed Hotel and Spa, with estate agents Savills appointed to manage the sale of the Noss Quay properties.
Two show apartments will be available to view during the summer and we will be looking forward to welcoming owners to their new homes in early 2026. We thank you for your continued support with the ongoing works as part of our huge investment into making Noss on Dart a first-class destination.
We are delighted to confirm we will be taking delivery of a second dedicated marine travel lift at Noss on Dart later this month.
The addition of a second forklift will allow our team to get more boats lifted and launched and provide further support for our busy dry stack operation.

South Devon College Marine Academy have recently introduced a new exciting technology – a boat simulator.
The high-tech simulation recreates the conditions out at sea, reacting with the wind and tide to allow you to really useful for practicing your berthing skills and stay prepared and safe out at sea.
Did you know we have a golf course simulator onsite? South Hams Golf allow you to experience playing on over 400 golf courses from around the world or you can simply practice your swing on the driving range with real golf clubs and balls – with the added bonus of a fully-licensed bar!
Stephenson Marine are delighted to confirm they are now your dedicated Sea Start rescue agents – the marine vessel equivalent of roadside assistance from the AA or Green Flag.
Covering the River Dart, if you have the misfortune of breaking down, call Sea Start they’ll send Stephenson Marine to aid and assist.
