We’re delighted to welcome Kerry Dibdin to Southsea Marina as a Marina and Boatyard Operative, making the move from Port Solent Marina.
Joining Premier in July 2021 as a Customer Service Advisor at Port Solent, Kerry has been a dedicated member of the team and excelled in operations and customer service with our berth holders, visitors and tenants, alongside expanding on her skillset including operating the boatyard hoist and equipment; moving and securing boats; learning the various internal systems; and experiencing the day-to-day marina and boatyard operations.
Kerry now looks to use the skills gained at Port Solent to propel her further in her career with Premier Marinas in her promotion to Marina and Boatyard Operative. “I am really excited to start my new role and work in a new marina location here at Southsea,” Kerry comments. “This new role has so much to offer in terms of learning new skills and getting to meet more berth holders and the team. I have already started my crane training and look forward to everything else this job will bring me, alongside working my way up the ladder at Premier – and who knows, maybe one day I’ll be running my own marina!”
Outside of work, Kerry has a passion for outdoor activities, including camping and hiking and is looking forward to start travelling again. A big life goal for Kerry is also to buy her own boat and learn to sail!
