How to get to Universal Marina

Universal Marina has excellent access by road, rail and air. Situated just seven miles east of Southampton and three miles from the M27, you’ll find it tucked away on the east bank of the Hamble River.

The marina's reception is open 24 hours a day.

Directions by road

Universal Marina is situated to the east of Southampton, not far off the A27. By road, the marina is three miles from Junction 9 of the M27. Follow directions to Bursledon or Park Gate. Read our detailed directions on approaching the marina by road.

Rail and air connections

The marina is nine miles from Southampton Airport, 70-80 miles from Heathrow and Gatwick. Fast National Express coaches link to Heathrow from Southampton. Swanwick or Bursledon stations are two miles away, while Southampton Airport Parkway has regular trains to London.
