Colin Richardson
General Manager
Colin has spent most of his life in the marine industry including competing on an international level sailing Laser dinghy’s and as an RYA instructor for both sailing and powerboats. Colin ran various water sports centres in Scotland, Norfolk and France before working to help deliver the London 2012 Olympics at Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena and has spent time facilitating medical volunteer programmes in developing countries. Outside of work Colin is a family man spending most of his time travelling and experiencing new adventures with his young family.
Corey Diaper
Dry Stack Manager
Corey has been working for Premier since 2007, starting as an apprentice at Southsea Marina and working his way up to Duty Manager at Southsea and then Chichester Marina. As part of Premier's acquisition of Trafalgar Wharf, Corey moved into his new role as Dry Stack Manager. Outside of work Corey is a keen sailor, having also previously been an RYA instructor and enjoys any excuse to be out on the water.
Gary Walker
Duty Manager
Gary has been at Trafalgar Wharf for nearly 3 years, working his way up from seasonal staff to Duty Manager and working hard to gain an array of certifications including Banksman/Slinger, Forklift, Merlo Telehandler and Powered Access Platform. Outside of work, Gary enjoys golf, married life and walking his dog, 'Snoop'.
Elliott Hall
Duty Manager
Elliott has worked at Trafalgar Wharf for 6 years as a Marina Operative, in which time he has completed banksman, forklift and powerboat instructor certifications. Outside of work, Elliott volunteers for a cadets group organising camping, team building and watersport activities and he also enjoys playing hockey.
Corinne Marshall
Sales Manager
Corinne has been at Trafalgar Wharf for nearly 14 years, so has seen so many changes on the site over this time. Before Trafalgar, she previously worked as the Special Events Manager on HMS Warrior in Portsmouth overseeing many famous events and also gained a wealth of hospitality experience from owning her own hotel with her husband in the Welsh Brecon Beacons. Corinne enjoyed being a Sea Scout leader with 3rd Portchester for many years and her current hobbies include crafting and collecting whiskey jugs (with a collection of over 150!)
Gabby Wood
Customer Liaison
Gabby has been working at Trafalgar Wharf or the last couple of years after leaving the superyacht industry to start a family. Gabby now has two little boys that love coming to watch the boats lift in and out. When Gabby isn't working, she enjoys baking, travelling and spending long days at the beach.
Helen Darlington
Customer Liaison
Helen joined the Trafalgar Wharf team in August 2023 as a Customer Liaison, following a long career in business management and development and looking to be in a customer-focused role again. Away from work, Helen is busy restoring a period property with her husband Simon, but also loves to spend time with her family, in the garden or with her nose in a good book.
Sarah Walker
Customer Service Advisor
Sarah joined Premier in September 2024 as a Customer Service Advisor, having previously worked for the Ministry of Defence for over 25 years, performing various roles and qualifying as an Internal Auditor. In her spare time, she likes going to concerts and spending time with her husband and family.
Phil Weight
Lifting Technician
Phil has been working at Trafalgar since 2010, having started as a Yard Operative and now working as a Lifting Technician. In his spare time, Phil enjoys wildlife photography, is a keen drummer and enjoys spending time with his young family exploring the outdoors.
Justin Blair
Marina Operative
Justin has been working at Premier since the summer of 2024 following a career working in manufacturing within the glass industry and is now enjoying the change to working by the water and with boats. He loves being around the water, especially going kayaking and is a family man with two grown up children and loves walking with his golden retriever.
Richard Glides
Marina Operative
Rich joined Trafalgar in March 2024 as a Marina Operative, having served with the Ministry of Defence Police for 35 years at various locations across the South Coast, with his last 8 years serving n the Marine Police Unit in Portsmouth Dockyard as a Coastal Skipper. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, gardening and going to concerts.
Sandra Foderingham - Customer Liaison
Sandra has worked at Trafalgar Wharf since 2020, having worked in travel and pharmaceutical industries for over 30 years. Sandra spends most of her spare time walking her 2 high energy rescue dogs, Poppet and Bear.
Hannah Young - Trafalgar House Serviced Office Administrator
Hannah joined the Trafalgar Wharf team in March 2024 as the Serviced Office Administrator at Trafalgar House, having previously worked in marketing within the marine industry. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and walking their spaniel ‘Rags’. Having grown up around boats, Hannah spends as much time as she can out on the water and enjoys travelling, skiing, and hiking.
Trevor Simmons - Night Marina Operative
Trevor has been at Trafalgar since 2024 and is a veteran of 23 years in the Royal Navy as a radar operator, with service in the Falklands, the Adriatic, and the Persian Gulf. After retiring in '99, he took the natural progression from in front of the bar to behind it as a publican in Petersfield for 12 years, running the Royal Oak and the George and Dragon, before returning to work for the Royal Navy as a training assistant for a further 12 years. He now finds himself working at Trafalgar Wharf as one of two extremely talented Night Operatives.
