Dave Frey

Marina Manager

Dave joined Premier Marinas in 2016 after a successful career in another organisation and has worked as a Duty Manager at Premier's Brighton and Gosport marinas before taking the helm here at Southsea. Passionate about sailing, Dave enjoys frequent trips away in his 35-foot yacht and until recently he co-owned a charter yacht in the Ionian.

Rupert Bremer

Duty Manager

Rupert has worked at Premier for three decades. He grew up under the foredeck of a Victory class boat and has enjoyed some racing success over the years. He likes playing with electric bikes, cooking, and spending time with his fur babies.

Senior Marina and Boatyard Operative

After joining Premier Marinas as a seasonal worker in 2016, Liam joined the company’s apprentice scheme - a great example of its success. He sailed dinghies as a child, and now owns a boat. He enjoys outdoor activities and tinkering on his many vehicles.
