Victoria Hackman
Duty Manager
Victoria, generally known as Tory, has worked at Port Solent since 2017, starting off as Customer Services Advisor then Lock Master. In her spare time, she enjoys paddle boarding and plays hockey for Havant.
Holly Jefkins
Duty Manager
Holly has been part of Premier Marinas’ team since 2011. In that time, she has undertaken various roles both at Port Solent and Chichester Marinas. Holly likes to try and keep fit attending the gym and kickboxing when she can.
Neil Hall
Boatyard Administrator
Neil has worked at Port Solent as our Boatyard Administrator since 2022 and his favourite part of the job is moving boats. Before Premier, Neil had a lengthy career working for British Airways as a Section Leader for Ground Operations at Heathrow. In his spare time, Neil is a keen wake boarder and takes regular trips out on his Sea Ray with his wife and their dog, Mrs Bojangles.
Janelle Griffin
Customer Service Advisor
Janelle joined Premier in 2023, bringing a lifetime of customer service experience and a passion for learning the marina life. She also has a keen interest in motorsports and experience of being a member of a touring car team.
Colin Worth
Lock Keeper
Colin joined Premier Marinas in 2021 as a seasonal worker and became a Lock Master later that year. A professional skipper and instructor, Colin combines work with pleasure and can be found sailing his own yacht with his wife and cat at any opportunity.
Scott Harvey
Marina Host
Scott has been a Marina Host at Port Solent Marina for over 18 years now and still enjoys every day helping customers and always giving 100% with a smile. In his spare time, Scott enjoys meals out and visiting new places with his wife.
