Mike Smith MBE
Marina Manager
With a wealth of marine knowledge, Mike took on the role at Noss on Dart in 2023. He brought 20 years of experience with him, including roles as Regional Operations Manager and Manager at various marinas. He enjoys cycling, swimming and paddle boarding.
Hayden Ogborne
Duty Manager
Hayden joined Noss in 1998 after six years travelling the world with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary. His grandmother worked at Noss during the war, as did his father during the 1970s. Hayden enjoys the outdoors, regularly taking part in trail ultra-marathons.
Darren Kershaw Hopley
Duty Manager
Sailing and rugby are a way of life for Darren who grew up in New Zealand. He moved to England in 1996, coming to Dartmouth to sail his uncle’s yacht. He went on to marry a local girl and enjoys racing on a friend’s yacht on Wednesday evenings.
Bellinda Llewelyn-Jones
Customer Service Advisor
Bellinda joined the team in September 2024 as a Customer Service Advisor and comes with a wealth of experience having worked in A&E and doctor’s surgeries for over 25 years and also served in the Merchant Navy for 4 years. Belinda and her husband, Hugh, own a Plymouth pilot boat and often cruise up and down the Dart. She is a member of the Dartmouth Gig Club and enjoys open water swimming, all year round.
Naomi Pritchard
Customer Service Advisor
Naomi has been at Noss on Dart Marina since 2022, having worked for over 15 years on Superyachts throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean. As well as a love for all things nautical, Naomi is a keen golfer.
Mark Ralph
Night Dockmaster
Mark joined Premier Marinas in 2022. After seven years in the British Army, he spent 24 years as a Police Officer with the Ministry of Defence, the last six years with the Police Marine Unit in Falmouth. Mark’s hobbies include climbing and mountain walking.
