Mark Evans

Marina Manager 

Mark has worked at Falmouth since 1995 and been the marina’s manager since 2011. With a background in the hotel industry, he has passion for the local waters, which he has enjoyed since childhood. He loves water-skiing and getting out on the water with family and friends.

Duty Manager

Mark joined the marina as a berthing master in the early ‘90s. He knows the workings of the marina inside out and focuses on boatyard operations and marina maintenance. Formerly a local ferry skipper, his boat handling has been honed over a lifetime working on the water.

Adam Sullivan

Duty Manager 

Adam joined the Falmouth team at the start of the 2021 season as a Dockmaster, keen to start a new career within the marine industry and very quickly building his knowledge and confidence working in all of the marina and boatyard operations which has led to his position as Duty Manager.

Melanie Armstrong

Senior Customer Service Advisor

Mel has worked at the marina since 2001 and is very much involved in all aspects of the marina administration. In her spare time, Mel enjoys beaching, paddle boarding, camping, fitness and working on her fruitful allotment. Her chilli jam and sauces are amazing!
