We are seeking to recruit a Marina Operative to work at our Brighton Marina, the UK’s largest marina set on the outskirts of Brighton, East Sussex. 

The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.  Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following in order to qualify for consideration:

  • Proven customer service or customer facing experience
  • Must have a “can do” attitude
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure
  • Be computer literate

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person with a flexible work ethic to join our team.  A good knowledge of boats and experience driving plant would be desirable but not essential as training, where required, will be given.  In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.   

You will be working as per a duty rota for days and nights i.e. a four on four off pattern. This will include some weekends and Bank/Public holidays with shifts on a 12 hour basis.
