The position of Dry Stack Operative has become available at Premier Marinas’ Swanwick Marina on the River Hamble.

Working as part of a small hardworking team this multi-facetted role will include, but is not limited to, operating and handling equipment to safely lift, launch and wash boats plus other lifting tasks as may be required.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate: 
• Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to learn and use computer software systems
• “A can do” attitude and flexible approach to teamwork

This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and includes working some weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.

Previous experience of plant operation and boat handling would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential. A full driving licence is essential.
