The benefits and discounts set out in this leaflet do not vary the terms and conditions of your berthing agreement and Premier Marinas Ltd reserves the right to alter or withdraw all or any of these benefits and discounts without prior notice. All services offered are subject to availability.
Insurance
This marine emergency support insurance is arranged solely by Amicus Legal Limited and Call Assist. Premier Marinas Limited ("Premier") is not involved in any way in the provision of this insurance, which is made available to Premier's 12 month berth holders on the terms and conditions of Amicus Legal Limited and Call Assist as set out in these terms and conditions. You must get consent from Call Assist Ltd before incurring any cost you wish to reclaim later. Premier and its employees or agents are not authorised to make, and berth holders must not rely on, any representations concerning this insurance. Berth holders must satisfy themselves that the insurance cover meets their requirements. In no event will Premier be under any liability whatever to any berth holder for any loss and/or expense (whatever the cause) suffered by a berth holder arising out of this insurance. (Premier does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by Premier's negligence).
Premier Marinas may advertise special boatyard offers. The prices quoted will include the 10% reduction on boatyard services, on such occasions no further discount will be available.
- You must get consent from Call Assist Before incurring any cost you wish to reclaim later. (terms and conditions apply. Refer to separate leaflet)
- Free visitor nights cannot be used in conjunction with cruising credit or short stay berthing.
- Eight weeks at Swanwick must be taken between 1/10/07 and 31/12/07
Fuel at Cost is the cost to Premier to purchase and dispense the fuel. Premier Marinas Ltd reserves the right not to open a fuel account. Cruising Credit can only be claimed when written confirmation has been received prior to your departure date, informing us of your period of absence. This credit can only be used against the fees due for a consecutive 12 month berthing contract.
Boat movements require a minimum of 24 hours notice; please contact your local marina for further information. Customers wishing to transfer marina may do so on the 1st of any month, such transfers will be restricted to one per 12 month berthing contract. Any outstanding Cruising Credit can be transferred at the same time. Premier Marinas is not obliged to replace any contract under the contract protection scheme in priority to any other contract. Premier Marinas will not be obliged to refund any paid berthing fees if it does not replace your contract with a new 12 month berth holder. Berth holders are required to give 4 weeks written notice in order to initiate contract protection. Contract protection will only be initiated on 1st of any month. The benefits of The Premier Advantage are offered to Premier Marinas Limited berth holders.The term "Berth Holder" applies to a berth holder who holds a current Premier Marinas Limited 12 month berthing contract with any Premier Marina but excludes the following types of contract:
Trailer Sailor at Chichester
Commercial tenants
Premier Marinas Ltd includes all subsidiary companies.
